I am so excited for tomorrow. My days logging in, exercising, and eating healthy will be...365! In one year I've learned A LOT and I can't tell you how ecstatic with what I've accomplished...how proud I am sticking to it especially when it was tough...and can't wait to see what this next year brings!

Yes it did. Keep in mind I wasn't that overweight to begin with and I was working on building muscle along the way. Plus I'm not in a financial place to follow the Beachbody meal plans so I had to just make due.

Great start, but there isn't much difference after the P90x, and it took you a whole year to lose 20lbs?!

The less lbs you have to lose, the harder it is to lose weight. Jerk!

Looking good! Very proud of you. I'm doing P90X too along with Insanity. I don't have much weight to lose either so it's a slow process. A lot of people don't seem to realize that.

UGH i hate meal plans, especially the ones where they send the food. Never been a fan of eating food that came in a box. Now that you have a decent base of strength, if you want to continue getting stronger you should give 5x5 a try, or the 5/3/1, pack on some real mass.

You look great!!! I have only lost 10 pounds in 6 months, so I understand it can be slow, but I work out with a trainer 3 days a week and see my shape changing. So I personally think 20 pounds in a year is a great accomplishment!
