120 lbs to lose ... plaeteau'd after 10 ... supporters?

So, I just saw that I've signed in for 50 days in a row... excersised for almost everyone of them and only had about 5 REALLY bad days (Christmas was hard). But the whole month of December, I was basically the same weight. I guess is good not to gain weight over Christmas but its hard getting the motivation back. I've worked by butt off and after 50 days would like to see more than 10 lbs lost.

I have a new plan that I'm positive will work (ie cutting out sugar's ect) but don't have any weight loss buddies. I'd love to go into the new year with some people trying to lose the same amount, work out hard (building muscle) that are having the same weight ups and downs as me. Let me know.

    Hey chica! I'll send a friend request, you'll be amazed at how the support from fellow MFP'ers will help you move along and stay motivated. I'm working my way to a 120 loss as well, with lots of trials in between. I was just having a chat with my husband this morning about how hard it is not to see the scale move...down. One thing that I highly rec is taking measurements. I have lost over 140" and let me tell you, sometimes this is the only thing that can get my perception in line. Also...take pictures...lots and lots of pictures. I know they are hard to look at in the beginning, but now that I have them to look back on, they also have helped me with my mind catching up to my body.

    Oh...and join challenges and groups here, that's a great way to stay connected and meet new friends. I have signed up for the most fun things that I never would have thought of by myself.
