Hi, I'm new here and I have a long way to go. Any ideas and tips that you can give me will be most appreciated! My problem is I sit at work, I love my wine, and I'm exhausted when I get home.

Has anyone used Contours and how do you like it?

48 years old, and want to get in the best shape I have ever been in by the time I am 50!
