Ohkkay so a week ago i started a diet & as of today I have lost 3 pounds. I would say what the start was but im kind of shy about my weight so yeah but im pretty proud of myself c:

Great job on losing 3 lbs so far!!! keep logging and working hard. I never thought I could lose weight ever but with mfp I have lost 15 lbs so far in 70 days. I still have days when I go over my calories intake (like today for instance) but you just gotta keep going even when ya go over and don't give up.0
