I was browsing though the before and after pics on the success stories and found myself thinking i wish it was me and that i was there where they are and then i thought well the only one who can do it is me so i got up, kicked my son of his xbox and put on the Wii fit and did 31 minutes of advanced step. Am all hot now and tired but i know i have made the right choice tonight.

Anyone here from England or even Manchester want to add me as a friend please do. Actually i have one friend at the moment and would like more so please even if your from anywhere else in the world feel free to add me. X
