Six pack abs...the crew

Hey gang. For years I failed to achieve the holy grail..."six PAC abs". But wait. There's light at the end of the tunnel. I'd like to share my experience and journey how I accomplished the leanness to see the washboard. This post is for anyone who shares that focus in achieving that goal. Let's do this
