30 Day Shred... should I start with level 1?

Ok for all you 30 Day Shredders.... I have been working out 4 days a week for the past 3 months. I am in pretty good shape I think. I plan on starting the 30DS on Monday. Wondering if I should start with level 1. I want a really good workout with a high calorie burn. What is level 1 like? Lots of cardio? What is so different about the 3 levels? Someone give me a review of the levels please!

    The levels work different areas. It is made to get progressively harder and you are supposed to start at 1, each level for 10 days.

    I've been working out since September. I am up to 70 min on elliptical 2 days a week and 60 min of lap swimming 3 days a week. I started 30 day shred mid December...started on level one....It's hard, I can to the abs and strength, not the cardio. Started on level 2 this week...and it's even harder..

    If I were you I would start with one, if its not difficult move then do 2

    I would start on level one just to see how you feel. If you feel the need to move up sooner than the ten days, I would.
