Osteoarthritis affecting my motivation

So I have early onset arthritis. I was reading that arthritis could begin developing long before symptoms are noticed. I can remember having my joints pop in childhood so I am thinking that I have been dealing with it my whole life. Very often I dismiss the pain and stiffness because I am so used to it at this point. I don't really do anything at all to treat it. I take anti-inflammatories when my joints become inflamed, but for the most part, I just suffer through it. Recently, I had two different people note that I have an unusual posture when I am standing. And I have definitely lacked the desire to work out that I had at the beginning of my journey. Could the osteoarthritis symptoms that I have become so accustomed to be somehow affecting my desire to work out? Can anyone with arthritis tell me if the joints and my desire to move might improve if I begin taking glucosamine and chondroitin with my usual vitamins?
