I have a WII.
What do you love that I should buy to exercise?
I can't jump side to side due to bad knees. Complete torn ACL's in both knees (unrepaired)
Is there anything I can do on the WII?
Thanks~
Deb

You could get the Wii fit plus. You can taylor the workout around what you can do.0

I have the Wii Fit with board and also the Wii Active... I don't use them a lot becuase I go to the gym, but the Wii Active is a good workout and you can feel the burn. The only jumping I remember doing was like ski jumpin lol... Good luck!0

I have a whole bunch of the Wii exercise programs, but I only really like a couple of them - Just Dance 2 and ExerBeat.0

Though it isn't specifically for for exercise, Just Dance 3 is very good cardio, even if you cant really jump or anything. Most songs and dances are very easy on the knees. If you go into Just Sweat mode, you get the same songs and dances, but if tells you the walking equivalent of how long you've been dancing. ("You've just walked across central park!) Its very fun0

These are really good suggestions. I didn't want to buy games that are lame and waste money. I'm told I can get these pretty cheap now at Game Stop used.0

i have the biggest loser game for the wii and its pretty good. the calorie counts are not really accurate but you can have bob or jillian train you and there are fitness programs so all you have to do is turn it on and it has different things set up for you to do that day. I also have the Just Dance games and they are great cardio you will be sweating big time. i definately like the biggest loser better than the wii fit which i also have. wii fit is mostly walking and balancing, biggest loser is actual exercises.0
