New calories calculation

OK so I've gotten down to losing 20 pounds and now My Fitness Pal recalculated my calories to a lower number and it's making it a little harder to cope with. Any suggestions so I don't end up falling back and gaining weight again?

  • If you can't stick with the calories it gives you, I suggest re adjusting your plan to suit you. The less you weigh, the harder it is to keep losing weight, but you also want to stay healthy, so if your body needs the fuel, give it to it. Also, you can try switching your foods out for the low cal versions.
