Anyways. I can't seem to get the idea off of my mind now (oooooh how I love babies!) haha

Congratulations - but you obviously haven't struck teenagers yet LOL!!! :smokin:
  • I remember thinking how much fun it would be to pick out baby names... then I got pregnant and couldn't pick one... :grumble:

What can I say? I'm a Gemini.
    ME TOO!
I changed my mind a ZILLION times with both of my babies. With my son it wasnt as much because I knew I wanted to name him after my step father (love that man! best daddy in the world and ALWAYS there for me when my bio dad wasnt!) so it went from Trentyn Michael, to Michael Trenton, to I dont even remember...and Eventually I settled at Rylan Mikael (hated the popular "michael" spelling! lol)

I have two teenage boys and one close behind, at age 11, but my boys are nothing but respectful, kind loving caring young men who have never done drugs ( as far as i know, yikes, theres no way they could have kept up with their mother anyway, not that they need to know that lol) I still have a thing or two to teach them about hygiene and cooking but hey i am doing a hell of a better job than my mil did for me! lol
  • You could always do Sophie with a Y! And congrats-ish. :) Boy names are hard.
That was my first thought too, but thought Sohpy or Sofy looked a little odd.

And thanks everyone for the congratulations (:
    how about Sophy?
The more I see it spelled that way the more im liking it. Sophy or Sophye are my favs so far. Sophy/e Ann or Sophy/e Mae would be what it ended up coming down to. I'm pretty stuck on Sophye. lol. Mae after my 98 (as of this coming Sunday) year old great grandmother who is our Miss America! She is so beautiful and full of spunk! love that woman!

It's cute, I just like the sound of Sophie better then Sophia for some reason. Perhaps because I feel like it flows better with the middle names i like. Sophia Ann would kind of get jumbled together as Sophiann.

ask her to quit saying that in the most positive way possible, whatever the mind believes it can achieve, in other words the more you believe it to be true the more it is! they will be fine. my hubby has and older sister and they are close now. couple of rough patches here and there but more because she put her boyfriends feelings before my husband safety when he was a child. tried to drown him in the pool literally. her boyfriend was like 6 6 at the time, hubby was 12 and a tiny little rail runtie thing lol still talks about that incident to this day and hates his bil who is the bf

my middle one has the attitude sometimes. it cant be helped it is teenagers. but he is so like his father it is unreal. and his dad cant figure out why they butt headsa ll the time lol the one that is most like you is most likely the one you will have issues with. i try to think how would i be feeling right now if i was in his positon. it helps sometimes. my youngest is a perfectionist and is always getting frustrated with himself for not doing better and having things exactly the way they are supposed to be. he is in the gifted program at his school and always gets the student of the month award. all the girls are all over him. he is a procrastinator and then freaks out to the max cuz he doesnt get his project done til the last minute. and he is the class clown, and my little dancing fool. hm he really doesnt sound like anybody i know at all, no i dont think so lol wink wink bwa ha ha!
