Hey everyone-
I am a bit confused. If my BMR is 1580, and I only eat 1200-1300 calories a day, is that how I lose weight? Or do I need to eat up to my BMR and no more than that to lose wieght? Or do I subtract a certain amount from my maintenance calorie intake weight to lose weight safely? (I know, so many questions) Just curious-- I have seen threads in the past, but need a refresher.
Thanks!
Melissa
