Don't waste money on takeaway places , try and find a market where can get fresh fruit and veg cheap, or in supermarket look for the sale items that are usually near their sell by date.

Avoid things like pies and pasties, tinned fish is cheap and tuna salad will be low in calories with an apple. Avoid eating too many sandwiches.. Pre-packaged ones are expensive anyway for what they are! ... Jacket potato quick and easy meal, sweet potato has more vitamins in I think than white and is more tasty I think so don't need things like tuna mayo toppings to make it tastier.

Get a packet of oats for breakfast they healthy and keep you full till lunch. Avoid cakes and sweets!

Keep moving whether that's walking everywhere around campus/town or taking part in student sports or something once a week.

You should lose some, dunno about 90lb..I lost 32lb in 6 month though had a slow start for first 3 month..going low carb/wheat free helped me drop quite a bit of water weight to start with , lost more in the first month I was low carb than the first 3 months previous.

    Good luck!

If you lose 90lbs in 6 months you will almost certainly end up with loose skin. Yes, you're young, but losing that much that fast...not really a good idea imo.

dude, do what i told you in the other thread. remember, this is 80% nutrition. and as far as exercise goes, well, you need to find what you like to do. don't be intimidated by your own weight. there are probably bigger people out there that have done whatever you want to do.

personally, i rode my bike a lot in the beginning. its great cardio, very low impact. you can go farther and longer then you can with running, without the hurting knees.
