Hello, Ive just registered having lost 3 stone over the last year whilst going from a couch potato to a jogger. I have done 2 official 10ks but in only 90 minutes but that is amazing for me who struggled to walk a mile. Now i need to get really serious as I have entered the Edinburgh Marathon for May and need to loose weight whilst keeping energy for training sessions. We run/jog 10miles minimum every Sunday and have 3 other run/ cross taining sessions a week.
The food information I have just looked at seems great to give you the protein/carb and fat splits.
It was ok saying "next year we are doing a Marathon" but now it is going to be THIS YEAR and in MAY! Eeeeeeeeek! Is there anyone out there as daft as me, Happy New Year, Vicky
