This is great for breakfast. You will need:

-1/4 cup steel cut oats

-1 scoop chocolate whey protien powder

-1 to 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Add oatmeal to bowl and fill with water so water covers oatmeal (approximatly 1 cup water). Microwave for 1.5 minutes at 50% power. Stir oatmeal and microwave another 1.5 minutes at 50% power. Add protien and peanut butter and stir very well. Microwave another 20 to 30 seconds on high and your done.
