    I started on the 1st. Today was yoga and I amazed myself with the crane. I love the foam roller and I finally got a pullup bar up so we'll see if I can do an actual real pullup by the end of this.

    wow! that is a hard position! I can't do that one, I struggle with some moves anyway b/c of carpal tunnel.........

    I haven't been this sore in a loooong time. I'm thinking some easy cardio today before week 2 starts tomorrow.

    Just checking in to see how everyone is doing with P90X2! I'm on day 19 today (X2 Yoga) and still going strong! My weight loss has stalled but that's ok because I'm still above the -1 lb/week I should be since starting P90X2! =] I can't wait until Phase 2. I decided to do each phase for four weeks so I have one last week of Phase 1 to do before moving onto the new one!
