So I joined the gym back in November and have been going to the gym at least 3 times a week. There were a few weeks with the holidays and sickness where I did not go. The last several weeks I have really been going full-steam, like 4 or 5 times. I am drinking my water and eating less, watching my calories. So why is the weight not coming off on the scale.

I see a difference in my endurance and strength at the gym and maybe some difference in my waist but I want to see the scale MOVE!!!

If I keep doing what I am doing will I see the weight start melting off??? Trying not to lose my motivation!!! I need to lose 80 pounds!!! So I really need to keep at this.

Any suggestions???
