Okay, so my stomach is feeling uber upset tonight...but I'm kinda glad it is. I know that sounds weird at first, but I'll explain.

Tonight for the first time in almost 3 weeks I had fast food and ate over my daily calories. I was doing well, but thought I hadn't "cheated" in a while and that it might be good to throw my body for a loop a little bit so that tomorow when I kick it back into gear it is thrown off even more hopefully helping me loose a little bit of weight. I had taco bell...boy what a choice. I went over by less than 300 calories, but found that my stomach was not happy with the greese or toxins that came with it. And instead of saying "ummm that was yummy" my tummy is saying "yuck never again please!"

I think it's awesome that my body is starting to recognize the difference between good ad bad foods! That in istself is major progress and a huge motivation. Did I mention that I don't plan on eating anything greasy for a while...who couldn't ask for a better way to keep from fast food. I'm not complaining!

It is amazing how that happens!! What was once the norm and you ate all the time now makes you sick. Kind of makes you realize just how bad that food is!!

I can't eat too much greasy or overly rich foods anymore. Makes me sick!!

I tried having (what I thought was) a healthy Greek meal last night ... it was a little like fast food too!

Isn't it great that our bodies love us now? Congrats!! :flowerforyou: :drinker:
