Hi everyone,
First of all I would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy New Year! :drinker:
Now down to the serious stuff *LOL* Between last January and June I lost 40 pounds, between July and now I have gained back 30 pounds So I have found this site in hopes to find some really great support friends that can help me through my journey. I really need motivation and positive people in my corner and I will be there to motivate and support from my end also. My family does help and support me but sometimes it is easier to talk to someone who is going through the same struggles that you are daily and understand your frustations.
Also just a little bit about myself, I am a single 40 year old female from Ontario Canada.
Looking forward to making some new friends!!

Welcome! I know how you feel because I re-gained 30lbs myself. It's been very discouraging but I am working hard to get it back off! You can do it!0

Happy New Year and Happy Heathier Year! I have been a yo-yoer most of my adult life. I just decided I have had enough of that. Add me as a friend if you want. I understand sharing this with people that in the same place.0

Be positive! So you gained back 30 of 40 but that means you are still 10 lbs down from where you started! It is like getting a jump start on this new and better adventure. Just think of every day as a brand new chance to succeed. We all slip up and make mistakes, mistakes are the reason the put erasers on pencils. Right? You can do this, keep going!0
