Hi,
I need a little jump start on my weight loss and I was thinking about doing a detox for a day or so. Anyone have any suggestions as far as what foods to eat ect? I've never done a detox, so I need all the advice I can get!
Thanks!

alot of people arent going to recommend a detox on this site
the best thing you can do if you really want to jump start I would say is do a natural foods detox for a few days - no refined sugar, no processed foods.....alot of fruits and veggies and lean protein. Its not a detox probably in the way you are thinking but really a healthy way to get your body on the right track0 -
Unless your digestive system or kidneys are not working properly, there is no need for a detox. Your body eliminates food just fine no matter what various infomercials and purveyors of detox products may say. Just eat healthy and increase you fibre and water intake.0
