Quick: I need a reason

It's windy and cold, but sunny. I know I need to run to have extra calories available for the pile of Korean food I'll be eating later tonight - I do love Korean food! - but I am having a hard time putting my running gear on.

I need 5 or 10 quick reasons to get me up and out the door!

    1. You can think of how good you will feel after you run.
    2. You can pretend that you are running away from fat.
    3. You can picture running toward your goal..
    4 You will be running away from an early grave to the future and a longer life.
    5. You can be running away from depression and sickness to health and happiness.
    These are just a few reasons, I bet you can come up with a lot more if you think about it.,

    I think you only need one - you're get to have Korean food without guilt tonight IF you run.

    Icy trail!

    I guess there's a reason I only saw 10 other people on the Highline Canal Trail in 10 kilometers.

    But, I managed to run it faster with it being 50% coverage of hard ice than I used to run it on a warm summer morning!
