Hi there-
I am a stay at home mom with two children 2yr/5mos old children...and I have a double jogging stroller for them. I live in the south, but I still feel very guilty when I think about going outside with them when it's cold outside. Any ideas/thoughts/or suggestions would be appreciated. Some days I feel like I am "looking out for my children"....then when I look at my BODY....I think I maybe using it as an excuse to not DO IT!!!!

I tend to wrap my kiddos in a blanket in the stroller, and in their coats, as it is pretty cold here, too.0

You can take them to the mall, or other indoor places, and walk with them there. Most malls actually open early for walkers.0
