Well it is New Years Eve and I thought it fitting for us to all make resolutions in the New Year. My resolution for the New Year is I am going to make it a priority to get into the gym at least once a week. I'm going to be healthy above all...

How about you all? Whats your resolution for this year?

  • I'm going to learn how to run for a solid twenty minutes by the end of the year. I'm almost completely sedentary, so this will be a big move for me. I start my first run Monday morning!

    One step at a time! To look fantastic at my son's wedding in April, to ride the Great Victorian Bike Ride in November and to enjoy every single day with my husband.

    my resolution is to live everyday to the fullest. I am going to find myself and stop dwelling on what people think of me. I am going to do more things for me. Loose weigh, stay on my calories and excersise atleast 5 days a week.
  • padikate - I suggest the couch25k program... its a GREAT program and has interval training to get your body used to running! :-) The more you push yourself the more you'll be able to do! Good luck! I LOVE RUNNING!!
