Recommendations for workout dvd

Back at the end of April I had arthroscopic knee surgery - I had a torn meniscus/acl. Surgery went well and I was to have physical therapy. But then I ended up having to have a hysterectomy and my insurance approval for PT didn't come till I was having the other surgery, so PT never did happen.
Now, my knee is worse then ever - not sure if it's because I wasn't able to do the PT or the weight gain since both surgeries, or what, but needless to say, I am in a whole lot of pain. I can't even do the treadmill at this point.
That said, I desperately need to get some weight off...can anyone recommend a workout DVD that would be low impact and wouldn't require me to get down on my knees or on the floor.
Thanks,
Erin
