Fruit and veg - as you've discovered - do have carbs. That's why it's really hard to go ZERO carb, and diets like Atkins which severly restrictcarbs are so hard.
Going low carb is different - it is recognising that you need them in there somewhere, but there's a big gap between the cabs in an apple, and the amount in a slice of white bread.0 -
How many carbs per apple we talking about here?
I just looked and a medium apple is listed as roughly having 17g. That's not really high is it.0
