I know there is no replacement for exercise and a good diet however, about 10 years ago I was about 35 lbs overweight and used an ephedra product called Hydroxycut and I lost the weight so fast I couldn't believe it. I was never hungry, had energy to work out and really got motivated, eventually dropped using it all together.

Although Hydroxycut and other ephedra products have since been banned, I wonder if here are any other legit products out here that work for anyone and don't have negative health risks. Let me know what works for you.

  • If your going to try anything I would do herbalife. Itd pretty popular where im at. You have to get an evaluation. Its completly natural, Its just herbs and things your body need. They do have a meal replacement shake that helpy you lose or maintain your weight. I personally havent tried it because it is a bit expensive and I know I wont drink the shake so it will be a total waste but I know 2 people who have it and has lost about 20lbs in the ppast 2 months. You can youtube and google before and afters and more info.

USPlabs OxyElite Pro or GNC's GenitixHD Meta-Ignite are the only two fat-burner products that I would recommend. I'm on OxyElite Pro right now and getting incredible results (I eat properly and exercise a lot too though).
