Some days I find that I am extremely hungry all day. most days I have no problems staying within my calorie limits. Does anyone have suggestions for foods that keep you fuller longer?

Oh yes! This one does the trick for me 98% of the time - a fresh Fuji apple. In fact, find the kind of apple you truly like (get a sample of them all and have a tasting party! Just leave out the cheese and crackers. LOL). Then keep 5 in your kitchen AT ALL TIMES and pack one with you whenever you go out, especially for after a cardio workout. Apples have lots of natural sugar in them so you don't get the cravings AND lots of natural fiber so you feel full. They are truly magical.
