30 ds shred ?

I see alot of talk about 30 DS on here and am thinking of buying it. My only problem is I don't think I will be able to commit to doing it 30 days in a row. Will I still see results if I complete it 4 days a week instead of 7?

    I do it 4 days a week, I do not do it all the way through. This is my 2nd time going at it. I didn't finish it the first time, Holiday's got in the way.

    I do not do it everyday. Actually my doctor says that it is better to not do circuit training everyday because you need to give your muscles rest days; this is when they repair themselves. When you do strength training you create tiny tears in your muscles. The rest days are essential for your muscles to repair. My doctor says 3-4 days is quite adequate, especially if you are just starting out with strength training.
