Logging on holidays

I am heading to Hawaii on Wednesday for 2 weeks and was wondering what others do about logging while away? I intend to keep at it, taking advantage of free WiFi wherever I can (I'm from Australia so it's international otherwise). I always keep exercising when I am away as there is no better way to explore a new place than on an early morning run.

So do you still log?

    I want to go!!

If it were me I'd log, it may be hard if you have traditional food (at a Luau sp??) but you can always use "quick calories", if you are unsure.

I look at this as a lifestyle change and the most important thing I'm leaning is about portion control and how the most innocent foods actually have a lot of calories, so just for my own knowledge I'd want to know. Would I freak out if I was in the "red" for a few day of vacation, probably not but again I'd want to be prepared if there is a slight gain.

The upside is that you are a runner and you can do that anywhere so you 'll be able to keep up with your workouts - I've heard beach runs are great.

    Have a wonderful time. :flowerforyou:
