How do you know this time is THE time?

I, like many others, have tried many times to lose weight. I have been successful in the past but have easily let it all go to crap while I gain it all back.

So, how does this time around feel different to you?

For me- here are the reasons I can tell it is different:

-my most used website in the last few months is MFP
-I got a gift card for the mall here, and all I got was workout clothes and a gym bag
-I worked out while I was in Mexico at an all inclusive resort
-I didn't set my goal to be to lose weight by vacation- I set it overall for the year, meaning that I was held accountable even after I got back from vacation- there have been so many times when I try to (and sometimes do) lose weight for a trip, but upon returning, let it all go to crap. This time I saw beyond it, and as soon as I got back, I got right back into working out.
-I can't wait to buy more workout clothes.

So what has made you feel like fitness has finally become part of your lifestyle?
