Brand new to this...add me!

Hey everyone,

I'm brand new to this place and would love to have some friends to help motivate me here!
2011 brought a pregnancy and the adaptation to parenthood...it has been hard to get back on the exercise bandwagon (before my pregnancy, I was easily working out 10 hours a week or more), and it seems like there is always a reason to skip a workout or go grab some unhealthy food cause it's faster and easier.
I was anorexic in high school and it seems like my body has never recovered from that. When I started dating my husband, he helped me get over that problem, but I gained a ton of weight afterwards and I may have messed up my metabolism for life so it's been hard to lose the weight in a healthy way. I'm currently sitting at 180 lbs and I would like to get down to 140 lbs and then reevaluate at that point.
