Which day do you wiegh in?

I started this on a Tuesday and weighed in that day...then I got into a group that weighed in on Fridays, so I switched to Friday as my day. It has worked out so much better for me on Friday than early in the week. I wanted to join a challenge group but they all seem to weigh in on Mondays and I don't want to change my weigh in day yet again.

Does anyone have a group or know of one that weighs in on Friday that I could get in on?

    OK, Spelling police..I see weigh is spelled incorrectly...don't come down to hard on me, PLEASE!!

    Tuesday! It gives me enough time if I have had a rough eating weekend.
  • This year I'm making it a point NOT to have this all about "numbers" on the scale, but about health. With that said, I decided to weigh in the 1st and 15th of every month. I just want to concentrate more on eating right and exercising more, with that equation the weight will come off :)

    Everyday, log it into an excel spreadsheet and update my weight-loss graph.

    Now, I MEASURE myself once a week on either Saturday or Sunday. Pictures once every 30 days.. Today is my first 30, I really wish I would've taken starting pictures =[

    I weigh daily and see more value in tracking a trend than having any single day for "weigh in".

    When I used to do that, I would actually go out and sweat off pounds before weighing myself.

    No more of that.
