Hello everyone,

I'm Lyndsay, I'm 26 from Brighton. I'm back on MFP after a bit of an over indulgent Christmas and have decided to make some real changes to my life. I have around 23lbs to loose and looking for all the support I can get :)

Looking for new friends in England but also anywhere in the world! We can all help each other!

I am going to be really active on here, updating my diary daily and commenting, writing forum posts and possibly a photo blog!
