I would go with Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette, and ask for it on the side so you control how much.

Definately a vinegarette is your best choice. I usually use just balsamic vinegar alone or mix it with a little lite ranch is good to. Any flavored vinegars are tasty. raspberry is one of my faves

Vinegarettes for sure. Just watch the sugar content on some of the fruit flavored ones...and most restaurants add lots of sugar and high oil content.

Even better? Just ask for straight balsamic vinegar on the side. 5 calories per T. Then dip your dines into the dressing and THEN into the salad. You'll get it on every bite but you'll end up using much, much less. Probably the only thing I learned from my mom's weight watchers...

good point on the sugar content, I never looked on flavored vinegar, I just figured it must be low. I am going to look now!!

There is a difference between flavored vinegars and vinegarettes. Just to clear it up, vinegars are just that. When it says vinegarette, it's likely an emulsion of oil, sugar, and the vinegar...big difference in calories.

    Hope this helps!
