I'm starting a Facebook support group for a thirty day challenge.

We'll track our progress along the way, hold each other accountable, and motivate, inspire, and encourage each other to achieve amazing results.

The rules are simple:

1. Provide your name, weight, goal weight
2. Commit to working out 5 days a week at minimum
3. Commit to recording what you eat
4. Sign up for shakeology HD through me
5. Have fun and bring it!
