I am fairly young, 23, and a full time student in clinicals. I get up way too early to exercise in the morning and by the time I get home my feet and knees hurt too bad to do anything. Plus all my homework kind of hinders that as well. My ankles have bothered me all my life (I was born with clubfeet) and I'm guessing that my knees hurt because of the little bit of extra weight I carry. What I really want to know is, is there some kind of exercise (tape or anything) or something I can do to be active that isn't so hard on my ankles and knees? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks! :flowerforyou:
