Your ultimate training routine

Hi
Thought some people could share there ultimate training routines for other people to get ideas and share their own.
Heres what im doing at the moment.
I have two seperate routines at the moment. Using the bikes for cardio i use my hrm to keep my bpm at around 155-169 burning around 100 calories per minute, i do this for about an hour a day. this takes care of my cardio twice a week.
Then when i do weight training i kinda combine it with circuit training. I dont do the up down thing after each machine and i skip all leg workouts (because of bike). I use all the circuit weight machines (upper body only) and each machine for 4 reps on each machine but each with increased load/resistance than the last and last rep weight being at the point of failure weight, but i stick with circuit timer. This makes for one hell of a calorie burn and really gets your muscles going. depending on how big your circuits gym is this takes me around 45 minutes. Used the hrm to monitor this workout last time and it was off the chart, kept my bpm at 90-100 percent the whole time
Last time i burnt around 1400 calories in 39 minutes but its not something you can do every day unless you are very hardcore i think. I do that about twice a week
