Which routine is better??

First a little info..I just finished 4 months of a Turbo Fire/ChaLean Extreme Hybrid. I have 13lbs and about 15% body fat left to loose. I am now in need of a new program. I have put together two different options. Anyone have an opinion on which of the two is the best. Both are 30 days..

1. The new Bodybuilding Workout ( http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/workout-routines/new-bodybuilding-workout ) with a 20 minute Turbo Fire hit workout after (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - Wed is a cardio only day)

or

2. This 30 day Jillian Michaels routine I put together...

Monday - ripped in 30: LEVEL 1 & 2
Tuesday - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
Wednesday - ripped in 30: LEVEL 1 & 2
Thursday - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
Friday - 6 pack: Level 1 &2
Saturday - Off!
Sunday - OFF!

Monday - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
Tuesday - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
Wednesday - ripped in 30: LEVEL 1 & 2
Thursday - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
Friday - 6 pack: Level 1 &2
Saturday - Off!
Sunday - OFF!
