How do you enter spread on the food diary?

Hi everyone.
First day here and trying to get my head around it all.
I'm having a crack at filling in my food diary and have hit a bit of a stump. Today I ate a slice of wholemeal bread and flora light spread. I found the bread easily enough. However the flora light spread is tricky. I have absolutely no idea how much I spread on the bread.
I've entered it as 10g on each slice but that seems a lot compared to how much I used which was little more a thin scraping. I didn't even go right up to the edges by the crusts or into the corners lol
Is there a way to measure how much spread you used on a slice and alter it to under 10g on the diary if it is less than that?
Thanks!

Hi Pete, welcome
I looked up the spread on Google and the 10 g serving is about two teaspoons. The best you can do without a food scale, particularly after the fact, is eyeball a teaspoon and estimate how much you think you used. In the future, use a teaspoon (a measuring one would be better than a standard, because you can level it out to be as exact as possible).
To edit an entry in your diary, click on it. A box will pop up and you can manually type in the serving amount.0 -
Hi Rike,
Thanks for the welcome and the reply.
Perhaps 10g was right after all. I assumed 10g was more than a teaspoon. I thought the scraping I was doing was about 2g-3g at most. It's just as well i have lots of calories left i can use up.0 -
