P90X

I did a full round of P90X and had really good success with it, and have been doing about 3-4 workouts with it since. How would I count the exercise for this. Dont really want to have to add each rep in each day for 12-14 different exercises. Any suggestions?

I just log it under cardio with the time. As far as calories, they vary for weight training, so I just estimate at 5.9/minute.0

I'm doing P90X. I would suggest you use a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM - you can get them at Walmart for about $50). It's specific, so you can figure out your exact calorie burn for each workout and they do differentiate based on the intensity you bring to each session. However, there are rough estimates as well: (assuming you're in your zone)
Ab Ripper X : 150-200 cals
Cardio X: up to 600 cals
Yoga X: 600+ cals
KenpoX: up to 800 cals
Arms/Shoulders: 600 + cals
Legs/Back: up to 920 cals
Core Synergistics: up to 900 cals
Plyometrics: up to 950 cals
XStretch: max of 280 cals
Each workout should at least burn 600 cals, so long as you do the exercise and stay in your heart rate zone. I would simply advise using a HRM, though. Your counts may be a lot higher or lower than those estimates.0 -
