30 DS VS Ripped in 30

Has anyone done both? What is the difference between the two?

I have both DVD's and trying to decided which one I should start with

    Ive done both. I prefer Ripped because its four levels, instead of just three. And the tempo is tougher.
    If youre in good shape but just wants to loose a few, then go with Ripped, if your a total n00b, then start with 30 ds.
