seen this advert for this today!! the meals actually look quite nice! (considering im a fussy eater, and prefer to cook my own meals).
has anyone tried diet chef foods before? or are on them now?!
are they tasty?, filling?, low calorie?, how much is it for a box or you pay for each meal?
anyone seeen any results from the diet chef?
thanks in advanced x

i'm not on them but they are expensive.. a lot of it's just the calorie meals but then you need to add your own veggies and stuff so basically if you order like a curry you probably wont get the rice with it...0

hi sophia, im doing it i started my first day today, you pay for different packages but it works out the cheapest if you go for the 3 month hamper which works out at £39 per week.
the food ive had today has been very nice, tasty and of good quality. you do have to supplement the food with fresh fruit and veg but its very easy to follow and i expect to see good results.0 -
I'm on day 4 of a one week trial offer which was £29. I am really impressed. I haven't weighed in yet so can't confirm results but the average daily calories from the food provided is about 750. You add to this with fruit, lots of veg and in my case a few ryvita. The food is really delicious, so easy to prepare and the ingredients are all the things the diet and nutrition advice advocates. I'm not hungry to the point of rumbling stomach or anything, but I do feel peckish, especially late afternoon and then a couple of hours after dinner. I'm waiting for my weigh in, but thinking I will sign up for 3 months, but probably use the food over 5 months or so, having most weekends on regular / low calorie foods with the family.0
