Southeast Louisiana girl living in central Florida. Got married in 2011 and even that wasn't enough to help me get it in gear to lose weight. I'm ready to make changes though....I have to. I just feel so unhealthy. I've got the tools I need to succeed: new shoes, healthy food in the house, bodymedia fit armband on its way, supportive family, and now my fitness pal. All that's required is that I truly put forth the effort. Looking forward to success in 2012!
