Hey Everyone! This is my first post and first day of using myfitnesspal! I am anxious to get started but feel a bit overwhelmed. Any suggestions? I have only logged my breakfast food today and not much else! Glad to have found this site, looking forward to learning my way through the website and meeting new friends!

Hey- I just started today also (2nd post). I felt the same way but it does look a lot more user friendly than some of the other sites or programs I've seen before. Good luck with your goals!0
