    I don't really believe it they seem to go up way too fast for my liking, I'd rather trust my HRM.

    I get 300-400 points for one song, I don't think I'm burning 100 cal per song. Maybe 300 cal/hr.

    I have tried this with my HRM and I burn about 30-40 cals per song!! Not sure how much that equates to in terms of sweat points though I'm afraid......

    So that would be more like 10 sweat points to 1 calorie for me. The songs I dance seem to average about 5 minutes per song, so that would be about 360 calories per hour.

    Hey I have Just Dance, Just Dance 2 & 3.. On JD2, I also use a HRM and I burn 25-40 calories per song too, depending on which songs I do. I'm also 5'3 and weigh 190.
