Stock Question
I have a turkey carcass and I need to make stock soon. However, I don't have any celery since I used it all in veggie stock a few days ago. I was depressed to have to make ANOTHER trip to the store to get some, and then I thought instead of using water to start off my turkey stock recipe, could I just use the veggie stock?
Has anyone done this?

You could still make the Turkey stock without the Celery, and add it later when you use the stock to make the actual soup. Adding other vegetables and spices will help as well. We typically add carrots, onions, and garlic to make the stock.0
