I just came across this article on Yahoo! and it had such a positive message that I thought I would post it here. I hope you like it!

    "So, yes, love and care for your body as a loving caretaker, even as a mother lovingly cares for her children. Exercise. Move, sweat, dance, run play. Rest when you're tired. Eat when you're hungry. Feed it whole foods that nourish your particular body (because no one diet is right for everyone.) Breathe. Dream. Release your hurts."
  • They are wayy off on some of those numbers. I mean I am 5 feet tall and they say I should weigh 100 pounds. I would look sick if I was that low. That would give me a BMI of 19.5 which is too close to being unhealthy. So I wouldnt follow some of those numbers especially if your short or have natural curves (which most women do). But the article was ok, It had some nice key points and encouragement.
