Best Way To Start A Lifestyle Change!

I got asked this today & made me want to start a forum topic
Feel free to fill in what your answers would be, maybe it will help motivate others and get ideas of there own

First off write a list of the reasons WHY you want to change
family
friends
kids
most of all yourself
etc

Then after you make that list write all the good things about the change
health
longer life
watch your kids grow up
grow old with loved ones
etc

after that, post it on your fridge or somewhere you go first thing in the morning
read it
memorize it

then make a list of healthy foods you like
make a promise to yourself to do it
stick to it

make a list of where you can get support
make the announcement to your family & friends all of the above as for there support
look online (here!)
then just do it, mind set yourself, you slip up remember tomorrow is a new day
need someone to kick your butt
I can do that =P
many people can if you just ask

    feel free to add me just warning im honest and tell ya like it is
    what changes you should try to make to your eating habits etc
    I had one person on my friends that couldn't handle it and left my friends list

    sorry but when ur eating 3000+mg of sodium a day cause all you pretty much do is eat out.... :grumble:
