Do you all include the Costco samples in your calorie count when you've been through there? A couple days ago, I was in there and had 1/2 a taquito, a 1/2 piece of sushi, a piece of fruit, and a piece of a bagel bite. I logged these in at 200 calories (total).
How about the rest of you?

If you eat them, they count. Your body won't ignore it just because it's a free sample.0

I try to log everything (obviously, sometimes I have off days) because little bit adds up!0

Yep! I am sure I have forgetten things like that a few times...but they add up for sure. That was probably 100 to 200 calories in samples!0
