    My goals are:

    - Eat healthily, and don't let friends sway you into buying something unhealthy if you don't want to eat it! I'm really bad at eating to fit in, like if my friends have Hungry Jacks/Burger King I'll have some too rather than going into the shops and getting something healthy like I really should.
    - Stay committed! I tend to start the year really committed to getting fit and healthy, and then a month later it all becomes "too hard". I refuse to give up this year, and I will persevere and get through this!
    - Have more confidence in myself! The number on the scale is amazing, especially when it drops lower, but it shouldn't define me. I should be able to turn around now and say "Hey. I've lost 11lbs, and that's awesome. I've done a really good job so far!" and feel good about myself, rather than looking at how much further I've got to go.

and of course (this one does contradict my last goal a little, but hey.)
    - Reach my goal weight! I want to be fit and healthy, and it's going to happen this year!

My goal for the next 12 months is to lose 48kg.
Right now I am starting off walking 2km a day for the first 2 weeks, then I will up that to 3km every fortnight.
Ultimately I would love to run 5km a day by my goal weight of 65kg
I would love to wear a pair of swimmers to the beach.
I would love to take up a sport as a hobby.

    Good Luck everyone!
    :)

My goal is to be a UK size 10 by next Christmas! I'm at 16 just now so I don't think it's an unrealistic goal, at all! I want to have minimal fat and plenty of lean muscle mass!!!

I want to lose around 20-30lbs, drop at least 2 dress sizes, complete the couch 2 5k progam (i've started it like 3 times) and just generally be a healthier person I guess.
